• 6 cups filtered water
  • 2 oranges cut into wedges
  • A handful of blueberries
  • Ice (optional)
  • Lemon sliced (optional)


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher and place in the fridge for up to 24 hours
  2. For a more intense flavour you squeeze in the juice of the oranges and muddle the blueberries
