• 1 Ripe Pear
  • 1 2-Inch Thick Ginger Piece
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 4-5 whole cloves
  • Filtered Water


  1. Wash and cut the pear into large chunks and place them in a jug
  2. Grate the ginger and rub the cloves between your hands to release flavour, then drop as well in the bottle.
  3. Add the cinnamon stick!
  4. Add warm water.
  5. Let it infuse for few hours and enjoy

TIP- For a slight variation you add or use apple instead of pear
